美國公民馬唯中在 New York 工作, 馬英九卻讓台灣國安局在 New York 執勤, 美國不允許雙重國籍，要求美國公民在取得美國國籍同時放棄原有國家國籍。因此美國政府對美國公民具有絕對管轄權, 尤其是在美國本土 New York 美國政府是唯一合法的公權力執行者。然而台灣國安局卻執意派出具有公職身份的情治人員進入外國執勤, 侵犯美國管轄權。

如果美國公民馬唯中在 New York 遭歹徒攻擊, 台灣國安局人員持槍干預, 將直接挑戰美國 CIA 管轄權。如果台灣國安局人員因非法持有槍械, 非法開槍遭美國警方逮捕, 將造成外交危機。國安局讓台灣情治人員因為保護美國公民身在美國留下犯罪記錄, 真是有夠莫名其妙。

美國公民法規定，美國公民單一國籍，依法效忠美國，在美國法律要求下，如有須要必須替美國拿武器打仗，替美國政府執行非戰鬥性任務, 如果被發現持有其他國家國籍, 必須註銷其他國家國籍。依美國公民法規定美國不允許雙重國籍。

馬唯中是美國公民, 依美國法律必須註銷台灣國籍, 當然不得享有台灣國安局特情人員服務。

國安局進入美國, 執勤保護美國公民馬唯中, 如果以三名情治人員計算, 本薪加國外津貼加房租加車輛加油錢, 大約是五十萬美金。紐約是高消費城市房租是美國平均值的三倍, 再加上妹妹馬元中的三名情治人員, 每年開銷直逼百萬美金。台灣人民花大錢保護美國人, 忤告衰 !!
